From the Bride: Parker and I met in New York City. He was living in Seattle at the time and visiting his friend for the weekend (and I was living in NYC). We met randomly at a dive bar when he and his friends sent over champagne. After a whirlwind weekend of fun, touristy dates, Parker went back to Seattle and I thought I would never hear from him again! He asked permission to call me a few days later, and we spent the next year and a half flying back and forth across the country, getting to know each other through text, phone calls, and weekend trips. It turned out that we had a lot in common. Parker eventually made the leap and moved to New York City (I will be forever grateful and amazed that he did this for me). A year after that, he proposed while we were walking through Central Park. 

Our wedding was absolutely perfect and if I could describe it in one word, I would say it was so FUN! We had friends and family who came from Washington, New York, New Jersey, Florida, California and as far away as South Africa and Dubai. Watching everyone get to know each other and bond on the dance floor is by far my favorite memory.
